Hilton Head Freedom 5K

The 9th Annual Hilton Head Memorial Day 5K Run & Walk, presented by the Palmetto Running Company, is a family-friendly event that honors those who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Strollers and dogs are welcome, with custom medals given to the top 3 dogs! In addition to the Special Freedom Run award to overall male and female winner and overall dog finisher, medals will be given to division winners and gift cards for the most patriotic participant and family, so make sure to dress in your patriotic best! This year, the first 400 runners will receive a finishers medal.
This race has sold out every year, so make sure to register in advance here!

For 35 years, Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina has hosted this fun, family-friendly collection of can’t-miss events including live music and entertainment. This year’s season kicks off during Memorial Day Weekend with both Shannon Tanner and Cappy the Clown entertaining on all three nights!

The Hilton Head Art Festival will feature the work of artists in various mediums; pottery, glass, wood, jewelry, metal, painting, photography and much more–all made in the USA! The festival will take place along the harbour and marina promenade, inviting visitors to browse the talented artisans and shop and dine along the marina. Enjoy live local entertainment each day from (times TBD).
