Palmera Vacation Club Members can register for the Member Portal 10 days after the completion of the deposit. Each member will receive a system generated email with a link to the registration page. Members can also access this registration page at PalmeraVacationClub.com/register.php.

If your Palmera app freezes while initializing, simply click the back icon (the small triangle in the bottom of the screen) to return to your Home screen and relaunch the app. This will reset the app and allow you to open it.
Your Member Portal is a web based system that requires Wi-Fi to open. Typically, if a member is having trouble logging into through the app, it is because the Kindle does not have a Wi-Fi connection. To help you get started, here is an article from Amazon on how to connect the Kindle to Wi-Fi.
Pop-up messages can be blocked by a web-browser automatically. If you are expecting to see a pop-up message in your Member Portal and it is not showing up, it is typically due to a pop-up blocker.
