Vacation to Train, Train To Vacation

Hilton Head Island’s beautiful beaches and lush lowcountry beckon visitors to stay active during their stay. Active travelers seek out this low country paradise for year round fitness opportunities. Balmy temperatures during the winter months and the winds off the ocean and tree lined shaded paths in the warmer months provide amazing opportunities for swimming, cycling and running outdoors.

Beaches: Our beautifully kept beaches provide an unforgettable landscape for early morning runs, beach cycling and open water swims! Twelve miles of firmly packed, level sandy beaches allow for incredible training opportunities. So bring your running shoes, bikes and swim goggles!!

Cycling:  Hilton Head Island has been recognized as one of the “Best Bicycling Communities” in the United States! It also boasts “Gold Level” status for being a bicycle friendly community.
