This annual event is as fun as it is tasty, with the Hilton Head Wingfest celebrating its 29th anniversary. Everyone is invited to both the pre-party on Friday night, but the main event will be on Saturday. Admission is $10 and children under 11 are free to attend. An impressive lineup of live music is set throughout the event, so you can groove while you try delicious wings from 20-25 local restaurants.

Kick off RBC Heritage Week with the 4th Annual Plaid Nation 5K Run and Walk. Registration is online only, and the cut-off is on Wednesday, April 9th at 11:59pm. The race begins and ends at Lowcountry Celebration Park, with the Plaid Nation After Party and Festival located at the BANK Beer Garden directly afterward. Participants will receive a finishers medal, t-shirt, a free beer sponsored by Michelob Ultra to anyone over 21, and 2 tickets to the RBC Heritage’s practice round. A busy time on the island, people come from near and far to watch this stop on the PGA tour. Opening ceremonies will begin on Tuesday, April 14th at noon, and the final round will be on Sunday, April 19th after the Sunrise Service.
