Palmera Resort Pool Bars Open for the Summer

From relaxing swims in exclusive pools, to a fun-filled afternoon full of games and other poolside activities, Palmera Members have access to beautiful pools at each of the Palmera Resorts, and may even have a favorite! For some of you, that might just be one where you can grab a bite to eat and enjoy a frozen drink from either of the Sandbars that are located at Coral Sands Resort and Island Links Resort.

Now until the end of summer, the pool bars located at the Coral Sands North pool deck and the Island Links pool deck are open from 11am to 6pm, with food service stopping at 5pm. Weather permitting, guests of each resort can order signature cocktails, frozen drinks, and plates that are perfect for a hot summers day. Both Sandbars take cash or card for your convenience.

Please note: Due to South Carolina state law (SC Code Sections 61-6-4700 & 61-6-4710), alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area during these hours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with these regulations.

Guests are welcome to enjoy their own beverages at the Coral Sands A/B Pool, as there’s no bar on-site.

Pool Bar Drink Menu

Signature Cocktails

Lowcountry Lemonade – Lowcountry Sweet Tea Vodka served with pink lemonade over ice.

Port-O-Float – TOPPER’S Spiced Rhum served over ice with ginger ale, a splash of ice cream, and served with a lime wedge.

Bananaruma – TOPPER’S Banana Vanilla Cinnamon Rhum mixed with ice cream, banana, and a dash of chocolate syrup topped with whipped cream.

Peach-A-Rita – Blanco Tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and a margarita combined with peach flavors. Served on the rocks or frozen.

Lynchburg Lemonade – Tennessee Whiskey served over ice with lemonade.

Vanilla Dream – Vanilla Vodka and a dash of grenadine served over ice with your choice of cola.

Signature Frozen Drinks

Breeze on the Island – TOPPER’S White Chocolate Raspberry Rhum, wildberry, and ice cream. Served frozen and topped with whipped cream and a cherry.

Lazy River Flow – TOPPER’S Coconut Rhum, pineapple, banana, and strawberry. Served frozen.

Palmera Punch – TOPPER’S Spiced Rhum, pineapple, grenadine, banana, and mango. Served frozen and topped with a cherry,

Mid Island Mudslide – TOPPER’S Mocha Mama Rhum, Irish Cream, and ice cream. Served frozen in a chocolate swirled glass.

Hurricane – TOPPER’S Caribbean White and Spiced Rhums with hurricane mix. Served frozen and topped with a cherry and orange slice.

Sandsberry Shortcake – Whipped Cream Vodka and Irish Cream mixed with strawberry and ice cream. Served frozen and topped with a whipped cream and a cherry.
