All are welcome to attend this free concert at The Tiki Hut located on Coligny Beach. Bring your beach chairs or blankets and listen Irish music by Celtic Folk Rock Band, SYR, and other musicians.
IrishFest Parade

Pope Avenue
The 40th annual IrishFest Parade is kicking off from Lowcountry Celebration Park earlier this year at 2pm. Arrive early to grab your spot along Pope Ave., and enjoy pre-parade festivities.

March
Hilton Head Wingfest
Friday March 21st from 6:00-9:00pm at Lincoln South Brewing Company
Saturday, March 22nd from 11:00am-5:00pm at Lowcountry Celebration Park
This annual event is as fun as it is tasty, with the Hilton Head Wingfest celebrating its 28th anniversary. Everyone is invited to both the pre-party on Friday night, but the main event will be on Saturday. Admission is $10 and children under 11 are free to attend. An impressive lineup of live music is set throughout the event, so you can groove while you try delicious wings from 20-25 local restaurants.
Harbour Town Spring Fest
March 23rd from 11:00am-6:00pm
Head to Harbour Town to celebrate the spring season! Shop Harbour Town Shop’s sidewalk sale, listen to local favorite band, Deas-Guyz, stop for a bite to eat at any of the delicious restaurants located around the harbour, and enjoy activities for all ages. The Carolina Dreamers Car Club will display a selection of classic cars, and visitors will also be able to take advantage of various watersports, tours and boat rides.
HIlton Head Island Wine & Food Festival

Celebrating its 40th Anniversary this year, you won’t want to miss out on Hilton Head Island’s Wine and Food Festival. You can purchase tickets for individual events throughout the island during the festival, or attend the largest event, the Public Tasting, on March 29th, from 12:00-3:00pm.
Blue and BBQ Annual Benefit

Historic Mitchelville Freedom Park
Enjoy an evening of live music and dancing, delicious food, and activities with a Modern Cowboy twist. This year’s benefit that supports Historic Mitchelville Freedom Park’s 2025 fundraising efforts will include guided dance sessions with a professional instructor, live blacksmith demonstration, archaeology dig site tours, and more! Plaid Nation 5K
Saturday, April 12th
Lowcountry Celebration Park
Kick off RBC Heritage Week with the 3rd Annual Plaid Nation 5K Run and Walk, that also benefits the Heritage Classic Foundation. Registration is online only, and the cut-off is on Wednesday, April 10th at 11:59pm. The race begins and ends at Lowcountry Celebration Park, with the Plaid Nation After Party and Festival located at the BANK Beer Garden directly afterward. Participants will receive a finishers medal, t-shirt, and 2 tickets to the RBC Heritage. Find more information about divisions and prizes on the race’s website.

Harbour Town Golf Links
This is a ticketed event, and we recommend purchasing your tickets (and booking your resort stay) as soon as possible! A busy time on the island, people come from near and far to watch this stop on the PGA tour. Opening ceremonies will begin on Tuesday, April 15th at noon, and the final round will be on Sunday, April 20th after the Easter Sunrise Service.
The Art Market at Historic Honey Horn

Historic Honey Horn
This annual showcase of handcrafted pieces by more than 90 artists, returns to the Honey Horn property during the last weekend of April. Works range in all mediums, such as ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, metal, wood, painting, drawing, photography, and sculpture. Listen to live music while you peruse the art and crafts, as well as delicious food and drinks. Admission is $5 per person, and all children 12 and under are free. Parking is free.

Family Fun Day

Island Rec Center
While the official schedule is still in the works, this free event is a great opportunity to visit the Island Rec Center, meet the staff, and learn more about their programs available throughout summer. There will be fun activities for all ages, including bounce houses, games on the jumbo TV, a rock climbing wall, and other special programs. And we almost forgot–snow cones and popcorn will be available as well!

Lowcountry Celebration Park
This annual cycling fundraiser benefits the Boys and Girls Club of Hilton Head Island. Choose a route from the five options and cycle for a cause–remember, this isn’t a race! You will receive a complimentary lunch with your registration. Need a bike for the ride? Wheelz of Hilton Head will be more than happy to rent you a beach cruiser for the event.
Hilton Head Island Fire Rescue May Carnival

This free annual art festival is coordinated by the Nash Gallery and held in the beautiful, Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina. Enjoy live, local entertainment while you peruse beautiful art in various mediums such as pottery, jewelry, painting, glass, and more!

Families won’t want to miss Jevon Daly’s iconic Kid’s Show this spring at Coligny Plaza! This outdoor concert series also features specially-priced light appetizers, wine and beer from Shelter Cove Harbour restaurants, so there’s no need to bring that cooler or outside food/beverage. Please bring a canned good donation for the Deep Well Project!
